To become happy, you need to make your life conscious and start living here and now. To make life more conscious, you need to color your life and introduce rituals into your life. What do you mean? You need to take what -action and make it more festive and beautiful. For example, to make your breakfast more joyful and enjoyable, buy new beautiful dishes, a beautiful tea cup, colored napkins and maybe turn on beautiful music. Have breakfast not as usual, in a hurry, but in an unusual, beautiful setting. When I was in Karlovy Vary, I stayed at the Imperial Hotel and there they always played classical music for breakfast. And ordinary scrambled eggs and sausages seemed tastier, and the atmosphere itself - more solemn and pompous. You can make any of your ordinary actions more beautiful. For example, a night light in the bedroom of raspberry or red color will make the atmosphere more romantic and mysterious than with an ordinary consecration. And any woman with such consecration will seem more beautiful and attractive. You can also wake up your children and husband to a beautiful classical melody instead of an alarm clock. And the mood for the whole day is good, and an aesthetic perception of life develops. It is very important to make a ritual out of what brings you joy in life. Think about what will be an outlet for you during difficult periods of life or can color your life on boring days. An example from my life: I really love going to a cosmetologist. And when I lie on the couch, close my eyes, and the cosmetologist does a skin care procedure for me, at that moment I am no different from the wife of a billionaire or an Arab sheikh. Or maybe in general I’m in a salon in Switzerland...But lately, due to a lot of work, I came to the cosmetologist a couple of minutes later than necessary. I rushed into the salon, quickly apologized, lay down on the couch and complained about the endless traffic jams for half an hour. Now But when I introduced the “ritual of visiting a beauty salon, where it is very beautiful, very pleasant and where I get a lot of pleasure,” everything changed. I come to the salon in advance, I am relaxed and calm, I am waiting for the cosmetologist in anticipation of a very pleasant procedure that will rejuvenate me for 100 years and will give me a lot of physical and psychological pleasure. By the way, at home, putting a mask on my face, I don’t sit at the computer as before, but lie with my eyes closed and relax to a very pleasant melody. The idea of becoming is not new - to find something pleasant in every moment of your life. I don’t know about every moment. We don’t live in India and probably no one can relax that much. But if you decorate your life with at least one ritual a day and turn into a ritual what you like to do most, your life will definitely be happy! psychologist-sexologist Eleonora Razvina
