In personal effectiveness coaching, the client can solve such problems as improving the quality of life, developing in professional activities, creating life balance. An effective solution to the assigned tasks in personal effectiveness coaching is achieved through the implementation of the basic algorithm: Awareness of one’s intentions and goals Managing personal resources Development of social and emotional intelligence , as well as effective communication skills. The targeted use of coaching in planning and building a career is so effective that we can talk about a separate direction of coaching: career coaching.
