How to hear your inner voice? Why do we talk to ourselves all the time? Really why? What does this give us? A person, like a radio receiver, catches other people's signals from the environment and sends his own into it. It turns out to be a mess in the head. For example, a woman is washing the dishes and at the same time thinking about some problem of her own (her husband offended her, her son is lazy, everyone is tired of her at work). Perhaps it seems to her that she is solving this problem in this way, but everything is quite the opposite: a woman spends her energy not on solving the problem, but on pouring “from empty to empty.” The energy goes nowhere and, as a result, the woman is left without energy, with a headache and an unresolved problem. What to do in this case? How to get rid of annoying thoughts and stop chewing on problems? How to hear your inner voice, the quiet voice that always tells the truth? First you just need to say “stop” to the word mixer! And after that, start simple exercises to consolidate silence in your head. Observation meditations are well suited for this. For example, light a candle and watch it burn. Observe without thoughts or comments, just observe. And, at the same time, watch the silence in your head. As soon as thoughts begin to appear, stop them immediately. Or look with your inner gaze at the back of your head from the inside. In this case, thoughts stop almost immediately. At first, this will seem difficult to you, but by practicing from time to time, you will begin to understand where your unnecessary thoughts come from and where your true quiet voice comes from. You will learn to stop other people's thoughts, learn to listen to yourself and, as a result, you will become more energetic, calm and will make fewer mistakes. After all, our inner voice is nothing more than our intuition, without which it is very difficult for us to live.
