There is no karma - we punish ourselves. If you think that life is punishing you for something. Now I will prove to you the opposite. Karma does not exist - there is no justice. Otherwise, all the murderers would be in prison, and good people would not die early. People would get everything equally. The person you most desired would not fall in love with the “fool” neighbor. Punishments for oneself can be different, most often these are: illness (read psychosomatics), lack of energy. Katya was a bright, sexy girl, young people were thrilled by communicating with her. Suddenly it happens that her best friend falls in love with a guy who has shown and continues to show attention to Katya. But he doesn’t notice his friend. The friend, unable to bear the competition, spreads rot on Katya and refuses to be friends with her. She says how terrible Katya is and she should be ashamed that this is happening. Katya receives an unconscious message - “No one will be friends with you if you are bright.” Katya is trying in every possible way to preserve her dear friendship. But her friend still rejects her. Looking for a way out of loneliness, Katya punishes herself; she is sure that she is to blame for what happened. There was no need to be bright, there was no need to flirt with the young man. And then her precious friendship could be saved. She punishes herself quite simply, she finds a young man who wants to make her cook borscht at home forever. She begins to dress modestly, and abandons all her parties, communication and hobbies. After a year and a half of such an “interesting” life, Katya finds herself depressed. She often sleeps and is almost unable to do even simple household chores. Two years later, she finds herself in a psychotherapist’s chair, complaining that this is how everything happens... The psychotherapist asks one phrase that globally changed Katya’s future life. He asks: “Why are you doing all this to yourself?” There is one saving conclusion in this story. If you punished yourself, then you can cancel this punishment yourself. True, in order to see this punishment, a psychotherapist is most often needed. There is no karma - we punish ourselves. If you think that life is punishing you for something. Now I will prove to you the opposite.
