What people can be susceptible to panic attacks (PA)? symptoms and causes of a panic attack, here https://www.b17.ru/article/424789/We all live this life, and it is impossible to live it without shocks, conflicts (external and internal), overexertion, and stress. At least once, we will meet with this, some for 5 minutes, some for 5 years or more. However, not all of us can meet with PA. During my practice and observations, I would highlight the following groups of people: - People who have experienced acute and often prolonged stress. These can be disasters, disasters, physical and prolonged psychological violence; people are sensitive, impressionable, suspicious, prone to anxiety - they are at risk. - People with a high level of control, but a low level of consciousness. Those. I control everything, I manage everything, but I don’t reflect much on the topic, why do I strive to control everything? A high level of control means an anxious nature, but the question “what is this anxiety associated with?” - I don’t really wonder. - People with a leading avoidance pattern. When, in order to achieve my goals and needs, it is necessary to go into some kind of discomfort, then I would rather find a way to avoid it and not deal with it, even if it affects the achievement of the result, I would rather avoid it than try, take a breath and exhale, live it , and I will understand that I can be strong and powerful. By the way, this pattern plays a bad role in perpetuating panic disorder (frequently repeated PA). Life is narrowed to a narrow, seemingly safe corridor, places and situations are avoided, and life put on pause leads to a shortage of new impressions, communication, and events. Mental immunity becomes less, which leads to increased depression and anxiety, which makes a person even more vulnerable to PA. It's a vicious circle. - People working beyond their capabilities means taking on more than I can, and even more so than I want. This is a direct road to burnout and exhaustion. - People hiding their emotions from themselves. And not only negative ones, if you like. (unexpressed love is also a burden that creates tension). This is often combined with the belief that negative emotions (anxiety, envy, anger, sadness) are bad. And only a bad, undeveloped, superficial person can experience them. A good and developed person experiences only good emotions and feelings. This misconception becomes fertile ground for the formation of anxiety, depressive disorders, and, as a result, PA. There may be an idea that negative emotions are harmful to health and spoil karma. In part, I emphasize, in part, this may be so, but by exaggerating, when reasoning in this context, we only strengthen them 10 to 20 times, because there is an immutable rule for the functioning of our psyche: “the more we resist something, the stronger it becomes."
