"Conscious Innocence: Paradise Rediscovered" Osho. So many techniques have been developed, so many books have been written about forgiveness, about getting rid of guilt, but people continue to experience guilt again and again. It seems to recede, it seems to be no more... And then, bang, it pops up again. What kind of feeling is this? Dangerous, exhausting, taking all your strength and health, attracting misfortune and suffering? Let's figure it out together. And I have a question: Is there such a feeling? Again and again I ask clients to feel it and tell me what it is, where it is. It does not appear in the body. Many people notice: “That’s how it is in the head.” In the head - in the thoughts! “Guilty” is a thought, interpretation, idea that a person believes in, and it becomes his reality. Such a “feeling of guilt” does not exist. There is the idea that “I am to blame.” When a client enters a situation where he feels “guilt” and begins to carefully observe his reactions, he discovers fear, and all the sensations that accompany it. And it is not “guilt” that emerges again and again, but fear. And forgiveness techniques cannot free you from it. And many realize that what they really want to get rid of is not the feeling of guilt, but from this fear. Fear haunts me. And someone notices that most of all they felt guilt for this very fear, for their “cowardice.” It’s a shame to be afraid of “you can’t”, especially for boys. It would seem that such a simple understanding has opened up, and thanks to it, so many problems have ceased to be “unsolvable.” Especially indicative, with addictions. As soon as the basic fear goes away, and with it the “feeling of guilt,” the internal war stops, and the addiction itself goes away easily and quietly (imperceptibly). “The deeper you go into your fear, the less you find it "When you touch the deepest bottom of fear, you simply laugh - there is nothing to be afraid of. And when fear disappears, innocence remains. This is the only miracle in existence." Practical recommendations in the next article.
