How to live your life and not depend on the opinions of others? Today we’ll talk about dependence, freedom and the importance of the assessment of others, which often forces us to set and realize unconscious goals. For the impatient, the questions are at the end of the article))). Why do we often worry about the opinions of others in the background? - what will he (she, they) think? - will he (she, they) understand me correctly? - what if, he ( she, they) will think... but I’m not like that (like that)? - how will they (she, he) react to this, what will they say? and so on. In place he - she - they can be parents, acquaintances and society as a whole - and all this happens not in material reality, but in the head))). It is worth figuring out why and why this useless expenditure of energy is happening to nowhere ))).How to live your own life, and not depend on the opinions of others? Let's start with the basics, answer yourself the question, what exactly does the phrase “live your own life” mean to you? Yes, yes, laziness and business aside, take a pen and notebook and answer your question. Why do this? For awareness, until the brain sees the difference or does not comprehend the inferiority of current behavior, the brain will not create new neural networks and change its attitude towards this issue and, as a result, change behavior. Live your life...? Hmm, what is this, how is this? Who am I? I am a personality, I am an energy system, I am a soul, I am generally a multidimensional being with my own individual needs. Do you agree? I already live, no matter how, at least if you are reading, you are already living as a biological species. But often, we do not live consciously, so to speak, we live as we were taught, as we were told, as we were forced, if you like. Because nowadays we rarely encounter free expression of individuality. And we are not talking about permissiveness, but rather about one’s free manifestation. A person who is in goodness and shows himself to be a free creation creates only good and reaps good. Let us return to the question of individuality, I am a multidimensional creation with individual needs, therefore, using the concept of “living my life”, we mean loving ourselves as the source of real life and satisfying your individual needs. Smells of selfishness, doesn't it? Not at all, if by recognizing needs we find those who have similar goals to us, these are like-minded people. The result is co-creation, where everyone wins. Overall, an excellent and quite simple picture: there is a certain multidimensional being “I”, around which there are the same beautiful creatures; “I” recognize my individual needs honestly and sincerely and go out with them into the world for mutual exchange (sensual, barter, money-services, other contractual). What then is the complexity of our existence? Why are we still not in heaven? In fact, some have already created their own paradise, created not in the world of matter, but in their own radiation. And one of the reasons for the distortion is the importance of external assessment. We often, due to distorted knowledge received from the outside, live for the sake of others, forgetting about our existence. And at some point in life the realization comes: Am I even living? And who is this I? It’s as if I’m observing life from the outside... Is this really my life? What is its meaning? Why am I doing this, why, for what? Why should I wake up tomorrow? Oh, and you have to go to work, take the kids to school, pay bills, etc. And who needs it? And for what? Just because someone forced me to be born and live? Because everyone lives and I need it too. What if I don't feel the desire? Yes, I don’t care about your desires, you wake up and go, you have to! It’s somehow not logical from the standpoint of the idea that life was once meant as being in heavenly Eden. We have been so convinced of this “should” and “should” that any departure from the matrix causes fear, shame and guilt. And here we are, seemingly free by birthright, but not free from our Ego-mind, living in a prison of hearing “musts” and “shoulds.” And again we come to healthy self-esteem. Self-esteem is how I perceive myself, it has nothing to do with violating the interests of other people and the world as a whole, it is healthy.
