Very often, my students ask questions about how to use constellations effectively in the work of an online psychologist. “Advanced” clients are also interested in this method and often ask me to teach them how to use constellations as homework or additional diagnostics. There is nothing surprising in these requests and questions, because many people know constellation technologies in their classic, good old version “according to Hellinger”. Such arrangements seem ponderous, and also difficult to independently implement and interpret. At the same time, science has not stood still for a long time. Arrangements are being improved and today are perfectly integrated with almost any direction - be it coaching, Gestalt, NLP or various suggestive techniques. Also, constellation technologies are an excellent diagnostic tool with which you can work with almost any request. As a teacher, creator and presenter of constellation courses, today I will present a simple algorithm that will help you easily and simply integrate constellation technologies into your practice. You will also understand how to conduct a session using constellation technologies. 7 mandatory stages of conducting constellation online: 1. Creating a qualified request. It is important to remember - we do not go into constellations for the sake of constellations. The arrangement is needed to diagnose or solve a client’s problem. And this can only be done when there is a qualified request. Very often, the formation of just a request can take a whole session, since the client cannot formulate his goals briefly and clearly. Requests “Why doesn’t anyone love me”, “Why do I need all this” or “I want to see what’s in my family " - these are not requests! Usually I ask you to formulate a request using the phrase: As a result of the arrangement, I would/would like to know or understand...Then the request itself is 5-7 words, no more! For example: As a result of the arrangement, I would/would like to understand, “what is the choice for me preferable" or "how does my gender influence (and whether it influences) my relationship with my husband/wife.2. Researching the client's situation and forming a hypothesis in the context of the request. After the request is finally formed, you and the client explore his situation more deeply in the context of the request. This could be drawing up a genogram (if the request is related to the generic system) or filling out additional questionnaires (when, for example, , the request is related to a childhood injury or money issues). In any case, you talk with the client and as a result of the conversation, the client forms his own hypothesis, and the specialist helps him. Usually the client already has some versions - assumptions about which way the “wind is blowing” regarding his request. 3. Choosing an arrangement method Now your task is to decide which way you will carry out the arrangement. Today, a great many such methods have been invented. The arrangement can be done using metaphorical cards, floor anchors, figures, substitutes, and even in the imagination. You and the client choose the method that most suits the request and focusing on his preferences. For example, in a situation of difficult choice, floor anchors are well suited, and when working with a family system in online format, figurines (flasks of varnishes and medicines, pebbles, toys from Kinder surprises, etc.) are perfectly used. The main thing is that the figurines are stable, fit easily in the palm of your hand and the face could be identified.4. Selection of characters. The next stage of our algorithm will be the identification of characters in the arrangement in the context of the request and the hypothesis formed by the client. These can be both specific individuals (mother, father, daughter, husband, girlfriend, grandmother) and impersonal figures (reason, female loneliness, money, war, the Violet company, etc. 5. The placement procedure itself. Here, as I already said, everything depends on your capabilities, knowledge, desires and desires, first of all.» !
