There are several ways in which you can get to know yourself better, for example: - Ask yourself questions. Start by asking questions about yourself, your interests, goals, fears and dreams. Answer them honestly and openly. - Observe your behavior. Pay attention to how you behave in different situations, what decisions you make and how you react to various events. - Take self-knowledge tests. There are many tests and questionnaires that will help you get to know yourself better. Choose those that match your interests and goals. - Connect with other people. The opinions of others can help you see your strengths and weaknesses, as well as learn about your preferences and interests. - Write down your thoughts and feelings. Journaling can be a useful tool for self-discovery. Write down your thoughts, feelings and experiences to better understand yourself. You can then refer to these records and analyze them. - Participate in activities that interest you. Try new activities and hobbies to find out what you like and what inspires you. - Look to the past. This is especially important in moments when you have lost touch with yourself.
