From the author: Habit Sisters Once upon a time there lived an ordinary boy named Andryusha Shumelkin. And he had habits - gimp, slob and capricious :))) “With gimp, with gimp, I’ll make my bed for an hour”! This is about a funny cartoon :) A short story about a boy with bad habits. Mom left, there was chaos at home, and when she returned, Andryusha had an insight: “It’s not me.. It’s.. It’s all my habits!” Yes! They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. It doesn't matter whether it's good or bad. How to form a useful habit? Here are some simple recommendations! 1. The one habit rule, or one habit at a time. It takes a lot of willpower to form a habit. So, take on only one habit at a time. 2. Small habit. It's important not to focus on results. Pick the smallest habit and cut it in half. Then, if possible, halve it further. Perhaps double that if you have no more than two minutes to complete. Eat one fruit every day. Wash dishes after eating. Drink 2 glasses of water a day. 3. Once a day. It's important to start small. Perform the habit once a day for a minute or two. Once the habit takes root, you can expand your horizons. But remember about 21 days! 4. Focus on the beginning. As they say, the hardest thing is to start, but it’s not that difficult either! 5. Enjoy! Create a habit you love! 6. Track your thoughts. It is very important to track thoughts - I want to quit everything, why is this necessary, etc. 7. Responsibility. If you tell at least one person about your intention, this is already valuable. In general, you can participate in marathons; there are them on almost any topic. There is a powerful support group there that doesn’t let you fly away! 8. Don't miss 2 days in a row. Regularity and stability are important in forming a habit. As for me, I am participating in the “magic of the morning” marathon, it lasts 21 days, but I intend to go to course 2 and continue to strengthen the habit of early rise and morning ritual. You can form any habits that help improve your health - drink water regularly, go to bed early, wash dishes after meals, run regularly! A long journey begins with the first step! I wish everyone an easy journey! I will be glad to see you at consultations !
