As long as you make claims against yourself, you do not live. Self-accusations crowd out desires, deprive them of new impressions, experiences, and emotions. Especially those who run from their internal conflicts like to scold themselves. For example, a divorced man will avoid relationships, explaining his behavior with feelings of guilt, insecurity, or openly calling himself a “scoundrel.” An abandoned woman will blame herself for wrong behavior and will not allow herself to relax and be happy. The sentence “I’m a loser, I can’t do anything” encourages reluctance to look for a job. Please note that if you blame yourself and scold yourself, then crowds of sympathizers gather around you. They also block your path. You fall into even more self-pity, become a victim of circumstances, and waste time endlessly rehashing your failures. Some people can live their entire lives in this condition. A negative emotional background becomes habitual. - I lived my whole life, didn’t make any money, that’s how unadapted I am... - I was alone until old age, but what could I do, with my appearance... - I was not happy... Eternal unhappiness is my destiny. You you make an accusation against yourself, believe in it, and voluntarily deprive yourself of a normal life. And while an internal accuser is standing in front of you, you will not leave the “courtroom”. It’s not easy to come to an agreement with him, but it’s possible. To do this, use the “Letting go of claims against yourself” technique. Find a calm, quiet place, you can turn on pleasant meditative music. Close your eyes and focus on your body. Track the sensations one by one in your right leg, then in your left, in your right hand... in your left. Feel your back, stomach, chest, head. When you run your mind's eye over your body, remember the events or thoughts that haunt you. Maybe you didn’t cope with something, somewhere you didn’t behave the way you wanted. Find where inside you (at the bodily level) your claims against yourself are located. Mentally imagine them as an image. What color, consistency, volume are they? They can be concentrated in one place or in several. The first thing that comes will be correct. Perhaps it is a cylinder, a ball, a stone, a wire, glass... Trust your intuition, it will tell you. Imagine if the image could sound, what sound it would make. With your inner ear you can hear what it sounds like. Perhaps it is a vibration, a whistle, a metallic sound, a hissing...Listen to yourself. Start releasing claims from your body in the form of streams of light and sound. Mentally observe how they leave your body, soul, your “I”. Do not hurry. This process may take some time. It is individual for everyone. When you feel that your body has freed itself from all your claims, place your palm in the place where they were. Send a flow of gratitude and love into it. Turn to your unconscious and ask that the place where your grievances and complaints were located begins to be filled with something good, something that will help, support, motivate, and fill you with energy. Let the hand continue to lie in the same place. When you feel that the filling process has started, ask the body, the unconscious to continue it as long as necessary for complete healing (liberation). Place your hand on your chest and thank yourself, your unconscious, your soul, body, race, universe for help. Tell me, this transformation is very important for you, you accept it into your life. The technique allows you to regain lost lightness, free yourself from daily self-destruction, improve your emotional state and relax. If the first time you were not able to clear all the claims, then repeat the technique again. For greater effectiveness, study the technique of immersion in trance and, if possible, work through several techniques together with a coach. In this case, you will get a more complete understanding of the features of influencing your internal conflicts and in a short time you will gain integrity and peace of mind.
