From the author: The article was published by me on June 20, 2013 on the website: “And when laughing, sometimes the heart hurts, and the end of joy is sadness” “The Book of Proverbs of Solomon” Emotions and feelings reflect a very important side of our inner life, we all experience and experience certain feelings at certain moments in our lives, being in one or another emotional state. The range of emotional and sensory manifestations of each person is incredibly diverse: fear, anger, anxiety, surprise, sadness, grief, joy, approval and blame, laughter and tears, etc. The world of our experiences is diverse, ambiguous and so comprehensive that it permeates all aspects of our lives: perception of the world around us, relationships with people, our activities, thinking, communication, cognition and much more. And there is no direct correspondence between feelings and emotions: the same emotion can express different feelings and the same feeling can be expressed in different emotions, but how great it is that we can be different: cheerful and smiling, sad and sorrowful , laughing and crying... So what emotions and the feelings they cause are the most important in our lives???!!!... But really, what is more important: laughter or tears... You can argue endlessly or not argue at all, it’s really important only that each of us can express the emotions that overwhelm him at the moment. And oh, horror, if we suddenly lose this opportunity: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=rC_ckN5dBeI#! So let's be ourselves and express what we want, and not what is expected of us, because sometimes we want to cry when others are funny, and laugh when others want to cry... Allow yourself to do what you personally want more often TO YOU!!!
