As children, we played with toys: cars, dolls, bears, bunnies, etc. By playing with toys, we learned social behavior skills, learned various social roles, learned and mastered the outside world. Toys and playing with them in childhood are an integral part of our socialization. I still play some kind of toys with my clients. Only now they create these toys for themselves, and these toys are designed to cure my clients of fears, to realize, understand and overcome everything that prevents them from living, deprives them of balance and a sense of joy in life. In our self-knowledge classes in the course “The Path to themselves,” all participants make dolls that personify their fear and some subpersonalities. Then, these dolls begin to tell their owner about how they appeared, why they are needed, what they want to do with the owner, etc. etc. And that's what all this is for.
