If an egg is broken by an external force, life ends. If an egg is broken by force from within, life begins. Everything great always starts from within. Unfortunately, there are too many women who are unsure of themselves. There are many reasons for this - upbringing, the legacy of the past, family scenarios, and a banal lack of knowledge on key vital issues. Unfortunately, few turn to a psychologist for help and sort out the “blockages” of their ossified insecurities that prevent them from moving forward. They simply do not allow themselves to believe that it is possible to be DIFFERENT. In my practice of counseling and psychotherapy of women, I quite often work with requests for information, training and skill development. It was this experience that helped me in compiling a small guide for those women who really want changes in their lives. This is a list of knowledge in the most significant areas of life, with which women come to a different perception of both the World and themselves. This knowledge helps you become real experts in your life and say goodbye to self-doubt forever. Allowing yourself to be different is a brave act! This is a challenge to fear and habits, the environment and yourself! This is an exit to another existential level and a life of a completely DIFFERENT quality and shades! So, what knowledge and skills does EVERY woman need?1. The act of creation (and creation): God's plan and design regarding the masculine and feminine; male and female energy systems and their behavioral manifestations; discovering your own internal resources and creating new skills necessary at every stage of life.2. Knowing your body: understanding the relationship between body and soul (psychosomatics, embodiment), awareness of your own bodily sensations, psychosomatic self-regulation; trust in the body; healing instead of treatment.3. Women's heritage: women's roles - how they are formed, how they develop and how they are interpreted; family roots and their influence; personal contribution to family history and the improvement of the feminine principle of the family.4. Love and relationships: dependence and co-dependence; knowledge of the psychological and behavioral specifics of the partner; understanding body language and gestures.5. Core of personality: value system; formation of personal goals, self-esteem and level of dignity.6. Managing your life: working with the unconscious; programming the future; materialization of thoughts.7. Interpersonal relationships: rational, emotional and physical levels; attraction and mutual interest; effective communication; ability to regulate conflicts; knowledge of the language of non-violent communication.8. Quality of life: self-acceptance; self-love; liberation from stereotypes, dysfunctional attitudes and prohibitions; development instead of fear; well-being instead of the pursuit of happiness; healthy self-image.9. Future scenarios: strengthening the value system and maintaining a high level of vitality; availability of prospects for personal self-development, work for results.10. Motherhood and parenthood: a conscious approach to having children; the joy of investing yourself in the life of OTHER. This list represents, to some extent, my system of working with women, be it consulting or coaching. It may also be a good program for long-term psychotherapy groups. And of course, this can be a good help for self-development and independent search and study. There are a lot of materials and good literature, you just need to want... to “come out of your shell.” So, come out, dear women! Well, if you need help, contact us!
