The words “Creativity” and all its derivatives are very popular now. There is even a certain fashion for being creative. In job descriptions and in requirements for applicants, employers are increasingly demanding creativity as a mandatory quality. And not only in design and advertising firms, but also in large, serious corporations. Now even builders need to be creative in order to be able to come up with new ideas. However, despite the popularity of this word, few people correctly perceive and understand what it means to be creative. In the minds of ordinary people, there are most often two types of creative people. The first are eccentrics like Albert Einstein. Such absent-minded geniuses. They come up with different ideas, change people’s minds, but at the same time are completely cut off from the social world. The second are various people of creative professions: artists, designers, photographers, fashion designers, a kind of glamorous bohemia. It is easy to identify her by her pretentious clothes, strange manner of speaking, pretentious look and select environment. Creative people often seem strange, unusual and divorced from ordinary worldly life. Therefore, some even believe that creativity is almost a vice. Like, God gave you the talent to be creative, so you have to suffer with it all your life. Until I studied the topic of creativity, I, too, was close to some similar stereotypes of perception. But the more I delved into it, the more I realized that this is not the case at all. In fact, creativity is not some unique trait, not a fantastic talent, and certainly not a vice. Creativity is simply the ability to create anything new. Moreover, the new does not necessarily include works of art, inventions for patents, unusual products or ideas; this new can be anything. You came up with a new dish for the family - you got creative. You figured out how to beautifully decorate the table - you got creative. You wrote a quatrain for a friend - you created. There are a huge number of areas where each of us can create and create. And the ability to invent and create is the same skill as writing, reading, riding a bicycle, etc., and it can be developed .Some people are naturally more gifted, others less, but with the right amount of practice, everyone can achieve good results. The only difference between initially creative people and undeveloped creative people is that the former consider themselves such. They themselves are drawn to creativity and are constantly engaged in it. But they do this not because they have to, but because it’s just a call from the soul. People with as yet undeveloped creativity usually limit themselves to excuses that, they say, it’s not given and don’t ask, I won’t paint/write/dance for any price. invent. Because for them, creativity is torture and punishment, but not pleasure. Why is creativity perceived so scary?[/url]There are many reasons for this, but almost all of them come from childhood. If we briefly dwell, here they are: A person has a penchant, for example, for drawing, and he, for example, was forced to play the piano. Mom wanted to see her son on stage in a tailcoat at the piano and therefore sent him to classes for 6 years amid screams and screams. But in the end, the poor child didn’t even learn to draw, and he hates music in all its forms. In the lives of each of us there was some kind of first teacher, Marvanna, who nipped all attempts at independent creativity in the bud: “What are you doing, Vovochka, landscape you paint with oil. Look, all the kids color the circles in the copybook, and you should be the same. Sit down and don’t show off.” For a child, this is a stopper forever. Because creativity for children is a necessary need. They always create for the sake of the process, they never evaluate their works, and they certainly don’t think by the standards of adults, “I’ll draw a portrait and they’ll give me a gingerbread.” This is how creative destiny breaks down in childhood itself. It often happens that parents want to make their child great and for this they demand the impossible from him. They're just waiting!
