The guilt complex is an unconscious program. As we can observe in the present reality, most people are faced with a guilt complex. Why and how does it arise? The feeling of guilt is born from early childhood, when the child begins to explore the world and receive evaluation from parents. For example, Vanya plays in the sandbox with his car, Styopa comes up and takes his car. Vanya himself wants to play with her and begins to defend her. Here, a mother, grandmother, aunt, etc. comes up. and begins to tell the boy that this is not good, to ask Vanya to give the typewriter to Styopa. Vanya has a misunderstanding as to why he should do something differently than he wants. Tears and resentment, this gives rise to a feeling of guilt, that he is not good, does not meet the standards. At school, in kindergarten, at a university, in society - there is a regime and standards, non-compliance with which constantly gives rise to a feeling of guilt in us. Everyone must stand up and go - the regime, no one asks about the desire and few explain (and the most interesting thing is that they can explain) why this is necessary at all. Everyone must perform the same tasks. And no one cares why you don’t want to study physics, and you are interested in history - there are standards. Thus, along the way, at the initial stage, we are constantly assessed from the outside. You didn’t do this, you didn’t do that, this is necessary, this is necessary. And any exit and non-compliance with the requirements and standards gives rise to a feeling of guilt. What happens next? Read more on the site of finding yourself.
