In the three previous articles (article 1, article 2, article 3), we touched upon the process of rehabilitation measures and techniques for getting out of the state of prejudice, and also saw and read the feelings of one participant in the training events. As you have already noticed, each participant’s dance is a way of expressing himself, his “I”, that individuality that he so carefully hid for a long time. Meet participant No. 3 Tatyana. “Hello, my name is Tatyana. I participated in a series of trainings on the topics of love, universal love, connection generations, forgiveness. Then I was invited to participate in a series of trainings dedicated to my inner child. And in conclusion - the last chord of dance therapy. For many years, I lived the life of an unfree person. My strong reflexes and principles of attitude towards myself were formed. life was filled with self-pity, anger at yourself and others, value judgments about yourself and your loved ones, low self-esteem, lies, prejudices, complexes and closedness like a visor. The complex of the above trainings and individual lessons helped me examine my personality and revive my soul. It’s a very amazing feeling when you forgive yourself, learn to love yourself, want changes, allow them to be made without prejudice, and, like a child, sincerely rejoice at your small successes. And it was through dance that I managed to break through my old mechanisms of fear and uncertainty. I listened to music, let it pass through me. Images flashed before my eyes. I saw myself as new, captured my true self and got to know myself. Fears, tightness, complexes - which have bound our hands and feet for many years with tight shackles and shackles - are released. Freeing energy and love. Yes, love for myself as I am here and now, for my many-worn soul, and it is this that allows me to take that very saving breath. It’s a miracle, it’s a miracle, how good it is when you breathe deeply and don’t look around. I'm happy that I was, am and will be."
