Yesterday I noticed a surge of inspiration behind me and decided to think about where it comes from. You've probably noticed that on some days you are especially productive, while on others you procrastinate as much as possible. What do you think our inspiration is connected to? In my opinion, the inspiration that we feel can be related to our state and how resourceful it is at the moment. What can help us, replenish our resources and boost our inspiration? 1. The impressions we receive from life can fill us with positive energy and pleasant emotions. That’s why it’s so important how, where and with whom we spend time. 2. Concentrating on the positive aspects of life allows us to enjoy what is happening to us at the moment. 3. Gratitude for what we have gives us the opportunity to feel the power of kindness and fill ourselves with light from within. 4. The desire to share with other people the good and bright that we have motivates us to manifest ourselves in this world, to express and live our feelings and emotions here and now. 5. Expanding our horizons gives us the opportunity to see deeper and be imbued with the knowledge and experience of other people. Reading books, watching films, visiting art exhibitions, lectures, seminars, trainings, traveling and other activities are suitable for this. 6. Sharing experiences with like-minded people and colleagues charges us with inspiration to continue doing what we love and professional development.7. Awareness of the goal we are moving towards gives us direction to move forward. The more steps we take towards our goals, the more productive we become. The brain is charged by our actions and receives reinforcing signals that it is worth moving on. When we notice what we do and praise ourselves for it, we launch an inspirational mechanism that keeps us moving forward. It is important to be the kind of inspiration for yourself who accepts and encourages you in difficult moments and rejoices in your successes when you have something is working out.
