From the author: In this article I would like to convey the amazing world and opportunities that trance travel opens up for us. All examples given in the article are real client cases and my personal experience. In this article I would like to describe the “Animal of Power” trance technique using the example of both my personal trance experience and the experience of my clients. This technique is taken from shamanism, ideally accompanied by the sound of a tambourine and a special body pose. But no less effectively, such journeys take place in a trance format with the client’s voice accompaniment by a therapist. The “Animal Power” technique is very resourceful. Since each animal is endowed with certain qualities and has energy or strength, clients go on such a trance journey to find their animal helper, to acquire its qualities and strength, as well as to find a place to return to to fill themselves with energy. So, the goal of a trance journey is to find a resource. The resource can be found in interaction with one’s power animals and in the place that the client defines as a place of power. Usually everyone can find their animal quite easily. Very often, in everyday conscious life, people know which animals are especially attractive to them. Perhaps someone can remember situations when, walking past cages in a zoo, you stand for a long time, watching some animal. We buy clothes and accessories with images of animals, we post photographs of animals on our desktop, animals can come to someone in a dream - and this is not an accident. Each animal carries a certain symbolism. We know that a wolf means an inner teacher, an owl - insight, a turtle - groundedness, a crocodile - a defender of boundaries, a panther - femininity, a lizard helps to translate ideas into reality, an eagle strives to convey to us the feeling of flight, etc. But the most important are the feelings and interpretations of the client himself. It's the same with a place of power. For some it is a cramped cave, for others it is a tropical island. So, after a long search, the client found a place of power at the top of a mountain on a platform naturally formed as a result of the displacement of mountain ranges. Every time this girl needs silence to make an informed decision, she can imagine herself in her place of power, in a place where it is so good to immerse herself in thoughts about life, distracted from the hustle and bustle. Animal powers often manifest themselves more than once in one session. Different animals may come, carrying solutions to different problems. Here it is important to ask the manifested animal to tell about its qualities. You can ask questions: “Why did you show up today?”, “What are you helping me decide?”, “What part of me do you personify?”, “What do you want to tell me?” etc. Animals usually immediately respond telepathically to questions that arise. Next, it is important to interact with the animal, hug it, stroke it. This is the key place. There is a huge resource in this interaction. Clients then happily remember these moments in the smallest detail: what the fur was like, the skin felt to the touch, a wet warm nose, eyes full of love and understanding, what the horns, paws, tail, etc. were like. The interesting thing is that many clients actually had memorable tactile sensations that brought real pleasure and tenderness. And it's so great! I remember how the black panther, like a domestic cat, lay down on me, folding its huge heavy paws on my chest. It was hard for me to hold her on my body, she was huge, almost my entire height, but in this action there was so much intimacy and care for me... I stroked her pitch-black skin. At that moment, the panther told me that it represents femininity. Having settled on me, she conveyed her grace, strength, and flexibility to me. Now she comes to me when I need energy. It manifests itself in me in my movements, my gait, it gives me the strength to live and express myself. There are!
