Professional burnout is a state of psychological and physical fatigue when a person begins to experience difficulties with his work. In recent years, this problem has become increasingly apparent. Managers in various organizations, in the course of personnel optimization (increasing intensity without increasing salary), unfortunately, create and/or intensify factors of professional burnout. Let's look at various ways you can deal with professional burnout: 1. Provide yourself with constant leisure. To do this, stick to a regular daily routine, which includes both professional activities and active recreation.2. Maintain a balance between work and home. Set up your work environment so that you can achieve a balance between professional and personal responsibilities.3. Communicate with colleagues. Participate in communities, various events, including seminars, conferences to keep in touch with other specialists .4. Make time for exercise. For example, you can engage in various forms of physical activity such as jogging, yoga, dancing, sports games to improve your physical and psychological well-being.5. Pursue your hobby. Devote time to your hobbies, such as painting, crafts, music, photography, or anything else to reduce your stress levels.6. Don't forget about your health. There are countless diseases that cause chronic fatigue, starting with a banal lack of vitamins.7. And most importantly: Rest. Even if you have little free time, try to devote it to good rest. Sometimes it happens that such advice does not help much. For example, due to the fact that the job itself was not chosen entirely correctly. In such a situation, it can help to remember your childhood, even early childhood. Remember what you dreamed of, how you saw yourself as an adult. It is the path that you imagined in childhood that will be free from professional burnout. Even if your current profession completely coincides with what you dreamed of as a child, then we can assume that it is clearly not realized in the way you dreamed. There is always an opportunity to move further, closer to your dream.
