How thoughts affect others. Our own thoughts affect other people and ourselves. Artists know this well. Their performance success depends entirely on the clear transmission of the thoughts and feelings of the character being played. The artists feel very well the reaction of those present in the hall. Thoughts make us into what we really are. I, like many women, was interested in the issue of appearance. And this is what I realized: initially, appearance is important to attract attention. But it is not uncommon that she quickly ceases to create attractiveness if there is nothing behind her (appearance). How many unattractive women managed to attract attention and remain loved throughout their lives! And how many beauties who failed to attract attention in other ways were doomed to loneliness! A person's appearance depends... not on his physical body. Do a little experiment, come up with a few phrases about your irresistibility and put this phrase in your head. For example: I am worthy of respect and love. Every day I become a better version of myself. Every day I allow my femininity shine. My ability to communicate attracts others to me. Say it when you cook and when you eat in public transport, when you fall asleep and when you are at work, but the most important thing is to trust yourself that this is so. Your posture, gaze, and gestures should show everyone that you are irresistible. Soon, of course, you will get bored and the excessive attention will interfere, but you will draw one interesting conclusion. Appearance does not depend on the physical body, but on the thoughts that exist in this body. Then is it worth devoting so much time, attention and money to the body if it is a puppet under the control of thought? Thoughts have incredible power and can dictate the actions of others. Start to think that you are loved by those around you, that you can do anything, achieve anything, and your individuality will burst into vast expanses of happiness that you had never even dreamed of before. Once you understand this truth, you will begin to look at the world differently. Think about what thoughts we send to others? Sometimes they have not yet done anything bad to us, but we suspect them of everything bad. As if we are forcing them to do bad things to us. A thought is an action.
