A client comes with some kind of problem/task/complexity.. Where do these difficulties arise from? - A person lives according to a script learned from childhood, which leads him to the same result, but he does not notice it.. - A person has slipped into the position of a victim , expects something from someone, feels helpless, does not see possible solutions - A person reaches some result and slides, reaches again and slides, wants, but it SEEMES to him that he cannot do more. In my work I use drawing neurographic patterns. I would like to introduce you a little to the concept of neurography. The word neurography consists of two parts. The first is “neuro” - a set of interconnected cells (neurons), the neurosystem. These cells process, store and transmit information. The interaction of neurons and neural networks determines the level of motivation, style of behavior and criterion for a person’s choice. The second part of the “graph” is a way of drawing connections and contours on different areas of our lives (health, happiness, well-being, family relationships, career growth, etc.). e) Thus, neurography is a universal method and tool for interacting with yourself, with your mental state. Neural connections form patterns of thinking and behavior. Decisions are often made by us unconsciously according to the usual “chain of working neurons”. I listen to what the client is saying, I feel the client, then I suggest drawing, constantly reflecting.. What the client feels, what thoughts appear, what his inner picture looks like.. From the moment of its emergence neurography has shown itself to be a universal tool for solving applied problems of various levels of complexity: establishing communication, achieving harmony, building a business, coping with an illness, mobilizing strength, harmoniously organizing life, growing spiritually. Already while drawing, the client changes the internal picture coming out of a negative experience in positive, feelings change, the focus of attention moves, the client chooses further actions for himself, leaving the position of the victim, where he was inactive. I offer each client to work as a case for 3-4 meetings, we agree on the next one and the client, taking steps and observing himself, continues to work in contact with me Already after the first meeting, I receive pleasant feedback and the client notices changes in external reality. For work, it is important to prepare A4 sheets, pen, markers, color highlighters or pencils, session duration 1.5 hours - online format.
