A constant feeling that something is wrong. Why is it so difficult for us to accept this emptiness? Tolerate her presence? This is especially difficult for those who live in big cities. We are constantly moving, running. We have little time to stop, think, take a breath, feel what we feel. There is a feeling that it is not you who control life, but life that dictates to you what to do. And so, when we live at such a pace, we dream about stopping. Take a break. Understand where I am now. Where am I running, why is all this fuss needed? We want everything to slow down and have more time to enjoy life. And now, this respite has arrived. You can stop and think about which direction to go now. What is important and what is not. But we do not feel happiness or satisfaction from this chance. We feel emptiness and fear. And there are no clear and universal answers to the question of how to fill this emptiness. Only ideas and assumptions. It is important to work with your feelings and make decisions on your own. Some have lost hope, some have lost their job, communication with friends or even family, or just a sense of normal life. Stop and feel what your emptiness is about? It is an important aspect of life that motivates us every day. However, we must not forget, that we also have something that gives us hope and optimism and helps us move on. What gives us meaning in life and faith. When we have more time to think, we don’t understand what to do with those feelings that we suddenly discover. Think about who you can turn to and talk about it. Think about whether these feelings can become or is the feeling of emptiness a new stage for you? A personal challenge that you will definitely overcome. Searching and comparing what you have lost or missed is useless, and it will not bring comfort. It is more important to look for strength within and new opportunities. And to do this, you need to find resources to fill this void. Remember, you have a choice how to fill it. And everyone will do it individually.
