- Listen to your heart.- Trust your intuition.- Live by your feelings.⠀And other bad advice from popular psychologists. - Why harmful?⠀Let me explain.⠀Not all people have well-developed intuition. But the logic works great, for example. If such a person begins to “listen to the heart,” guess what he will hear? - All the same logical arguments. It’s like doing a sedentary job all your life and suddenly starting to run. Your body is not ready and you won’t run a marathon. Intuition is the same muscle. It will have to be upgraded gradually and with hard work.⠀The second important point is what is clogged with your inner voice. There may be anxieties, fears - or vice versa, rosy expectations, naivety. It's like a radio: whichever channel you tune in to, that's what you listen to. Are you sure yours is configured correctly? - I haven’t come to a psychologist yet, I thought so.⠀Naive.⠀It turned out that I basically have an anxious personality type. All sorts of “signs” and “premonitions” - it was the voice of my inner anxiety, not intuition.⠀The good news is that this can be fixed.⠀It took time to learn to really hear myself. Clear away the rubble of internal fears, remove illusions - and turn your dark sides into a resource. But I learned to act in uncertainty, resolve conflicts and cope with stress more easily. And now - yes, intuition really works. Maybe not perfect, but I can distinguish when there is panic and when there is caution. And I can help with this.⠀——⠀You may not like my conclusions because they are not about magic pills and quick solutions. But it is not so. Every person has both weaknesses and strengths. The weak can be pulled up, the strong can be leaned on. Studying your strengths and building internal supports is much easier and faster than growing your weak ones. And now internal support is the main thing for every person. I know how to build it. If you need help, just write to me. I will select the format for your specific case.
