Coronavirus, crisis, fall of the ruble... When the Internet space is filled with alarming news, and in reality you can see pictures that could not even be imagined in a nightmare, maintaining calm and acting rationally is not an easy task. Well, how not to worry! Panic forces you to buy buckwheat, pasta and toilet paper! If you or your child is sick, this is alarming. If you think that you may find yourself in quarantine, this is alarming. If you have little or no disinfectants, and there is a virus everywhere, this is alarming. And then every day there is different unpleasant news, one worse than the other! At times, you may even feel as if the air itself is filled with anxiety and worry! Anxiety is an inevitable part of human life. Every person on our planet has experienced anxiety at some point in their lives. Do you know that you are anxious? Sometimes anxiety can simply be a background to which your body reacts, but your mind has not yet noticed it... Now many are on edge, everyone is stressed, people are tired and overexerted even while sitting at home. Hence the breakdowns, first of all, on close people, because they are nearby. Children feel this tension from their parents, automatically absorbing it into their lips, and begin to become hysterical and disobey. Is it possible to cope with anxiety on your own in such a tense environment and calm down? If you know the techniques that will help you with this and do them, then yes, you can cope! What to do with anxiety??? My colleague Tatyana Vaitsel and I decided to conduct 5 broadcasts, during which we will share ways to overcome anxiety and anxious states !
