Periodically, I offer or am asked after consultations to do some “homework” or exercises on the issue of consultation. Because therapy is not only 1 hour a week, this hour, like many other hours, can influence us and our lives. There are many written practices or “therapeutic documents” from narrative and art therapies to help here, also isopractics, modeling and many other tools for psychological work. Can help capture and store important results and preferences for a person. So that's what I'm getting at. During consultations, clients and I often discover their own values, abilities, preferred states and ways of living. And part of the task of therapy is to find, strengthen these preferences and understand the nature of the “problem stories” that somehow violate these preferences. And believe me, these problems can drag on very strongly, the influence of problematic discourses and stories can have great power over a person and take away his authorship and autonomy. Psychoanalysts call this “Mortido” - the desire for death and destruction, and this Mortido can drag and drag on from time to time to take away from a person what belongs to him by birthright. For example, psychodramatists have practice groups where they act out their preferred scenes and states for several hours. They live them at the level of feelings, thoughts and behavior. And in the format of private therapy, when such preferred states are found, they are experienced literally in a few minutes and it is important to preserve them and not miss them. And over time, the script will be rewritten and the person will begin to live according to an alternative, preferred history. In the picture above, I displayed a number of my preferred states and ways of living after my therapy the other day. And watching it really puts me in that state. This is not about a magic pill, they say, I drew it and that’s it (Although drawing a picture is not magic, but part of the work). This is about responsibility and the desire to preserve things that are important to you. I hope the article was a little useful and interesting to you, and the picture added pleasant impressions.✨🙌🏻I will be glad and grateful for your feedback on your impressions about the article and the picture.
