Quite often I am surprised that a person is about to undergo desired and even long-awaited changes, and the day before suddenly his blood pressure skyrockets and his nerves are in turmoil. People don’t understand why they are so nervous, because changes are for the better! It is believed that stress is something bad. And it occurs when something bad happens. But in reality, stress is a reaction of adaptation to change. Anyone. Your long-awaited vacation, a promotion, a child’s graduation, a new car and a first kiss - it’s all crazy stress))) Dadada, in general the body drowns us so that we freeze like flies in amber and never change anything. Why? 2 reasons: It doesn’t matter whether we live well or poorly, the body already knows how to live THIS way, and if you change something, you will have to look for new ways of adaptation and it is unknown whether they will be found, whether they will be successful, etc. In short, this is not a safe business, who knows how it will turn out... In general, we sit quietly. The adaptation process itself requires energy. For example, you need to thicken the blood in response to a cut - you have to strain! Something to produce some kind of little bodies, throw them somewhere, in short, there’s a hell of a lot of fuss. But the body wants to lie in the Maldives and not take a steam bath. So what to do? Freeze, since the body requires complete rest? Of course not! The body solves the problems of survival, for which we bow to the waist. And people, as a rule, want not only to survive, but also to be happy. Change it! Just remember that changes are stressful, which means that during periods of big changes, even the happiest ones, help yourself, remember that this is a mode of increased attention to yourself. Be sure to do for yourself what supports you, restores you, sleep, warmth, food are a must, share your joys and CHOOSE THE PACE THAT’S SUITABLE FOR YOU, as “getting yourself excited” is also a common topic. I’m adding a stress scale, in it you can see how much “weigh” the most significant changes in our lives. From it you will see that a wedding is more stressful than losing a job, and outstanding personal success is approximately equal in degree of stress to problems with relatives. Take care of yourself and certainly do not reproach yourself for having “extra” nerves))
