Sometimes you need to leave everyone alone. Yourself first and foremost. Don’t bother, don’t tug, don’t pester with questions. Leave everything as it is, and don’t argue with it, don’t change, don’t rush, and don’t worry. Breathe, calm down. Just AGREE that the way it seemed right yesterday will no longer be the case. There will be something different, someone else, or you yourself will be different, something completely unknown and not planned. But that will happen later, and now, right now, it’s best to get rid of it and not pester anyone with your anxiety and unhealthy interest, including yourself. Just agree with what is, without putting a single extra thought into it. Such non-resistance and a little indifference to absolutely everyone, at least, makes it possible to relax and retain strength in order to live without losing your mind. I think that most often nothing works out for us when we lose this inner freedom from our own expectations. We know how to want from life, from people, from ourselves, but we do not know how to enjoy almost anything from what we receive and what we have. This is why you need to leave everyone alone - to try what you have now and apply it to yourself and your own life. Perhaps what everyone already has is quite enough so that nothing bad happens today or tomorrow. But we are usually missing for so long, only for a very short time, and then new goals, new plans - and here we are again pulling each other’s strings, which we managed to tie to the most “mobile” parts of the body, in order to get more than we already have. availability. But it is stupid to think that if a person can give more - and, as a rule, we all have more than we give even to ourselves - then we must force him to do it... There is no need to force him, because what is received artificially will remain artificial. It is better to leave everyone alone and move away so that they, and you yourself, do not get tired of the expectations and the inconvenient templates offered. In the end, we have only one choice - to agree or disagree with what is. And everyone else has it exactly the same.
