In the last 6 or even 7 years, I began to slowly gain excess weight and by 2020 I confidently weighed 100 kilograms (pure happiness!) However, I didn’t stress too much and continued to lead my usual lifestyle. I’ll be honest , when my personal life settled down, my weight gradually slowed down, but despite the establishment of internal Zen and even the fact that I quit smoking “live” cigarettes, the consequences caught up with me! Let’s look at the main control points: One of the first was my dismissal from work; Then a series of stresses associated with settling into a new work process and fears of losing finances (in a word - a series of stresses!) This is from the latter, so to speak. Then, within a year, professional activity improved, the process began to change rails and off I went. I acquired a lot of new skills and got used to online activities, created a lot of products and successfully helped my wife support the technical side of our work. But the weight gain continued. And this despite the fact that my nutrition was quite normal (the volumes absorbed decreased twice!) I honestly tried to fight and even lost 6 kilograms - pedaling furiously on an exercise bike. However, the effect did not last long! Then an increase in blood pressure was added to my hundred kilograms and... I realized that that's it... Enough is enough, it will only get worse, it's time to take serious drastic measures! Systemic solutions were needed! After some time of study and internal research, I accepted a new concept, which helped me painlessly and effectively lose 10 kilograms by the new year! This system included not only a new look at my diet, but also changing my reaction to stress. The book “Wild Hormone” by Jason Fung helped me take a new look at nutrition. It sorted everything out and explained why the most common ideas about weight loss don’t work or work at the super-effort level. Key ideas Fanga, who help you assemble your nutrition system, like a construction set. A system that will be easy for you to follow - this is important, because we throw away everything stressful and stop following it.1. Weight increases due to our insulin resistance.2. When we eat, insulin increases; if we eat for a long time and often, insulin is increased and does not have time to decrease. We get resistance.3. Sweeteners increase insulin no less than refined sugar.4. Fat is healthy.5. Cortisol, a stress hormone, also increases insulin. I highly recommend reading the book. Fang made a very large-scale analysis of existing approaches to weight loss, reading which you will find convenient building blocks for building an effective nutrition system for yourself. What I did was reduce the consumption of sugar and white flour to a minimum , I have 2-3 meals a day. That is, long periods without food, during which insulin decreases and metabolism is restored. Now my new weight is a fait accompli and I am sincerely happy with my new shape, but I am not going to stop and will go further - up to 80 kilograms! My life has really become easier !Now I can, as before, jump up the stairs and calmly, without shortness of breath, tie my shoelaces (and this is already an achievement!) Also, my blood pressure has returned to normal, and my waist has decreased by a couple of sizes! Knowing how the built system works, I am confident in my durability result obtained. The topic is very important for many, so I want to devote almost the entire month of March to the topic of weight and, if possible, share with you in as much detail as possible all the secrets of painless and effective weight loss!
