We start every new task with enthusiasm, with the desire to do what we planned in the best way, and then somehow gradually these joyful feelings fade away, they are replaced by uncertainty, doubt, and apathy. Thoughts appear that there was no need to take on this... I won’t write further, everyone’s soul-searching is exactly the same. What can you do for yourself in this situation? Try to remember how you started working on your project. What were your first steps? What did you dream about? Why did you come up with the idea to do this? Most often, after the first stream of skepticism and sarcasm, completely other memories are full of hopes and aspirations. Remember what you have already achieved while working on the project. Of course, at the dreaming stage, any of our successes seems like a real holiday with fireworks and fanfare, but in reality it always happens more quietly. But this does not mean at all that there are no achievements and successes. It’s just that the attitude towards them is changing. Previously, something seemed like a feat - but now it is very common. Can you imagine? You have already reached the point where once difficult tasks are completed easily. Isn’t this an achievement? Look at what all your memories have in common? What do you already do best? What brings you pleasure? We often underestimate our merits, considering them trifles, but it is these “little things” that make us, us. Don't dismiss your ideas at the first sign of decreased motivation. Support yourself - on your own or with the help of a psychologist, coach, mentor, teacher. Your ideas deserve to be realized. And you deserve to become realized.
