Aggression. This is such a socially unacceptable feeling and action. Well, what to do with aggression? After all, it is inherent in everyone. Today I want to talk about children. About children and their relationships with their parents, as it happens at home. How different children in a family experience aggression, or how a child is alone with a parent, or if he is generally alone in the family. To understand the placement of aggression and building relationships in the family, you can use the following art therapeutic technique. The meaning of the technique is that the parent sits down and draws three drawings with the child. The first and third drawing must be drawn on one sheet of paper and silently, without talking, only with the attitude: “Now we will draw on one sheet.” The second drawing is the one that is drawn between these silent events - this is the “War” drawing. The sheet is divided into two parts, a weapon is drawn, and let’s shoot at each other. So, aggression is inherent in everyone. Let's watch. This is the job of the training participant. Remember that you need to think beyond judgment. This is how it is. We are all human, it’s just different for everyone. Just see how this is possible for you. Think about what you want to correct, if you want. Look, both the story (sorry, I won’t give you its content) and the drawing itself speaks of a certain emotional distance between mother and child. The sheet is divided in half without instructions. The child draws on his own, strictly on his own half, and the mother on hers. No one joins anyone. The level of aggression in Voinushka is high. According to the mother, one sheet was not enough for the child, so they had to take another one. In these drawings the child is most active. That is, the level of internal aggression is high. The last drawing suggests that the child managed to express his emotion, and despite the division of the sheet, the baby is trying to join his mother. Continued here
