I would like to share with you my joy and news about my activities. Not long ago I was ignited by the topic of collective trauma. I find in it a reflection and understanding of many mental characteristics of the people of which I am a part. Therefore, this topic has become especially valuable, as it seemed to me at the very beginning. After a recent meeting with Thomas Hubl, via teleconference, I realized that healing collective trauma is not only a concern for individuals and specialists, but is a special and important component for the development of every person on earth. Why do people ignore global disasters? For example: many see and realize how the environment is suffering, but cannot take action, as if they are indifferent to them. Why? Why is this oblivion and fading? Thomas gave a partial answer to this question. He said that we are already born into traumatization. The 2nd World War left a very deep painful experience. And what happens to us in this case? He gave a very beautiful example and compared life with all its sides and in all its manifestations to a house, and compared a person who already has this severe trauma in his genetic and unconscious memory with a person who has already been born and lives his whole life in one of the rooms of this Houses. And then he does not have the opportunity to go beyond and see the house as a whole, to explore all its internal and external components. And perhaps the most important thing is that he does not realize that he is in a confined space... What are the symptoms of such traumatization? Inappropriate response to the problem. That moment when we react to a problem out of this deep experience, rather than looking at the problem and offering a constructive approach. Do not fall into fear, panic and anxiety and have the support to easily deal with a new problem. Understand logically and intellectually that what is happening is wrong and something needs to be done, but in the end, do nothing. Running away from problems, into your own world, another reality, fanatical passion for something, in other words, the escape pattern automatically turns on. The impossibility and difficulty of contact with another culture, the lack of feeling for others and their pain, the lack of intimacy and understanding of another belonging to a different culture or religion, etc. It is difficult to be responsible when there is trauma. Even in order to discover that there is trauma and acknowledge it, resources are needed. Several tools for working on collective trauma that Thomas Hubl mentioned: 1. Conscious relationships between people, where there is intimacy and trust. 2. The field of coherence, in other words, the correspondence of what we do with what we feel and perceive in our body. Few people have such an established connection between these three spheres, but this is who is worth going to. 3.Development of bodily awareness. When we know and feel our body well, it helps us to grasp what cannot always be understood logically. 4. Stay and be sometimes present in those feelings that may be unpleasant, do not run away, get to know them, understand what they are about. What will healing collective traumas do for the world and for individuals? World development and evolution. And it’s not just about the evolution of technology, but the evolution of a person’s relationship with himself and with other people. Health of society and planet. What will this give to an individual? For example, the opportunity to live not only with one traumatized part of yourself, but also to awaken other sleeping components of your personality, to enjoy your existence with all these parts. And get the opportunity to pass on to other generations not individual pieces crushed by pain, but internal personal integrity.
