Basically, all internal obstacles are related to the fact that there is no clear vision of what you want, who you want to be, in what activity to realize yourself. When we have an idea of what we like to do, an image of a future job or business, we become more confident about our actions today. In this article, we will try to clarify our professional goal, outline a development plan and plan the first steps towards our goal. Step 1. To begin, I suggest you sit in your favorite chair, relax, ask your Inner Critic to sit on the chair and not interfere with the creative process for a while . Allow yourself to imagine your ideal job as if everything was possible, as if you had all the resources, abilities, knowledge you need, if you were filled with energy, self-confidence and a clear vision of the goal. Imagine that you are doing exactly what you would like, working in exactly the position and in the company you dreamed of; or you have opened your own business and are doing business. Travel to your future and describe an area of life related to work, career, professional growth that would suit you 100%. Describe the professional sphere of your life according to the following logical scheme: Environment: Where are you, who surrounds you? Actions: What are you doing in this environment? Your formulation should only concern what depends directly on you, what you can really influence. The goal is in the right context. Where, when and with whom do you want it? The goal is verifiable in sensory experience. What exactly will you see, hear and feel as a result of achieving your goal? Goal is environmentally friendly: - How does your goal align or not align with other goals? Let's say you want to get a promotion and turn from an ordinary sales manager into the head of the sales department in a year. And at the same time, you don't particularly like your job and would actually like to work as a coach... One goal contradicts the other. - Does your goal correspond to your inner beliefs, feelings, and lifestyle? For example, you want to get a promotion at work, are you ready for the increased level of responsibility? Are you ready to stay at work, since the new position requires long working hours? Step 4. I suggest you think about what professional knowledge, skills and abilities are needed for
