Yesterday I took one of my favorite classes in the Stress Management course. After all the topics about depression, fears, psychological trauma, etc. this time everything is sunny and joyful. Only motivation and inspiration! We talked about how to feel in the flow, be productive, harmonious and successful, love yourself and realize your potential. I decided to share here one well-known working tool that can become a good motivator for moving towards what you want. Here it is: HOW TO SET GOALS CORRECTLY Correct in the sense of clearly understanding what you really want, and so that the wording itself motivates even more and, at the subconscious level, triggers work to achieve. So, a well and correctly formulated goal should be: Positive (carries a positive charge and formulated WITHOUT the particle “not”), Meaningful for you (this is something important that you really want), Limited in time (deadline - when, by what time is it necessary implement), Achievable (is within your area of responsibility and capabilities), Specific (describe - what does the result look like?), Measurable (by what criteria will you understand that the goal has been achieved?), Formulated in the present tense (as if you have already accomplished it), Eco-friendly (no one will suffer from its achievement), Truly yours (when voicing it, pleasant sensations appear in the body, a feeling of joy, a surge of energy, and not doubts and discomfort), Written down with a pen on paper (this is how it is “recorded” in the subconscious). I recommend that you take a pen and a piece of paper right now and formulate your goal in accordance with the indicated points. And let the wording be as brief as possible, but understandable to anyone who reads it. And having done this, listen to your feelings - how is it, is everything inside trembling in anticipation? )) If yes, then this is definitely your goal - go for it! WHAT NEXT? Once the goal has been formulated, it is useful to do the following: The resulting large goals can be further divided into subgoals, tasks, subtasks, etc. Make a list of what you can do to achieve your goal. Organize a plan from this list. First you need to sort this list by priority, determining what is most important. Set priorities: what is more important now, what can be put off until later, what can be done urgently, and when can you rest in peace. Next, outline the sequence of steps that need to be taken one after another to achieve the goal. This is called a control sheet (or checklist). Perhaps every successful person has one. Take action IMMEDIATELY. Any action, if you start it right away, starts the process of achieving the goal. Do something every day that moves you towards your goal. If you do the things on your list every day, you will accelerate the pace of achieving your goal. This is not just a one-time exercise. To truly successfully achieve your desired goals and make your dreams come true, it is important to integrate this into your thinking system. That is, start thinking in this way! Practice and one day you will look back and marvel at how wonderful your life has changed! By the way, it sometimes happens to me that I clearly formulate and write down a goal, and then forget about it. Time passes, I find my entry and understand - everything has come true exactly! This is how the subconscious works. Has something like this ever happened to you??? With faith in You, Sofya Perminova
