It would be great if every moment we did only what we want. Unfortunately, boring work moments are inevitable. Running away from business is fraught with problems and chaos. I will describe 10 ways, they can be combined with each other! 1) Concentrate on the reasons: why do you need this task? why don’t you want to do it? 2) Any task, even the smallest one, has some benefit, and by doing it, you make the world a little better. Doing small household tasks is boring if you don’t see how you’re making yourself better.3 ) Focus on your fear: what are you afraid of? Lose? Step out of your comfort zone? The unknown? Success? As soon as you find fear, accept it as part of yourself, do not run away or hide it. Conscious fear can disappear if you work through it and find the reason for its appearance. 4) Get rid of illusions: life is a series of successes and defeats, everything our security is an illusion. Your comfort will be destroyed sooner or later, it is better to do it yourself for the benefit of yourself and the world! 5) Focus on the intention, not the result. You won’t be able to predict the outcome anyway, so don’t forget why you’re doing it.6) Enjoy the difficulties! It is impossible without them, but this can also be taken as an impetus for development, because victory over oneself is a huge resource that gives a feeling of happiness, satisfaction and self-worth. 7) Set limits. Set aside a specific time to complete the task. For example, 10 minutes on a timer, exactly 10 minutes without being distracted by something you don’t like. This will help you avoid putting it off for ages, thereby creating chaos in your life.8) Don't forget to take breaks.9) Don't allow yourself to be distracted while working. Consciousness will try to avoid unloved things, just watch what new things your brain comes up with, if you don’t succumb to its tricks, it will soon retreat and you will boldly begin an important task. 10) Be grateful. Instead of regretting difficult tasks and undone things, thank yourself for the tasks completed and the challenges that difficult things throw at us. Remember: after each completed task, we become better!
