We all want to be aware of all vital events, we want to keep our finger on the pulse in our personal sphere and professional career, we want to be here and now, to be in the right place and at the right time time. Our generation is the generation of Julius Caesar. We manage to do several things at the same time: we build a career and raise indigo children, develop ourselves physically and immediately develop creative ideas for expanding our business, improve our health and immediately strengthen our creative potential. Recently, there has been a lot of talk about the phenomenon of professional and emotional burnout and write. In 1981, A. Morrow proposed a vivid emotional image that, in his opinion, reflects the internal state of a person affected by burnout syndrome: “The smell of burning psychological wiring.” Stress cannot be avoided; it is an integral part of every person’s life. In moderate doses, they are even beneficial for humans: the body’s energy resources are mobilized, more adrenaline is released, and this, in turn, increases performance. However, stressful effects should not exceed a person’s adaptive capabilities. In these cases, deterioration of well-being and illnesses - somatic and neurotic - may occur. Nowadays in society the most stressful professional areas are considered: business; healthcare; law enforcement system; education. So, in order to repair the “burning psychological wiring” we use Neurocoaching. So Is this what neurocoaching is? This is a process of development and improvement. This is the prevention of professional and emotional burnout. A neurocoach teaches the client to understand how complex the human body and consciousness are, how strongly a person is connected to the world around him, and how to develop the ability to “be the director of your own life.” John Whitmore, one of the founders of coaching, defined coaching as a joint search (client and coach) for the best way to identify and achieve the client's goals. Neurocoaching is a fruitful collaboration, a partnership, where the strengths of an individual are emphasized and his abilities are developed, weaknesses are worked out, and all this is based on the physiological and neuropsychological characteristics of the individual. The neurocoaching approach helps to maximize your resources. This method incorporates all the best from psychological counseling, business training, mentoring, consulting and management. The method is intended for strong, successful people who are ready for change and striving for new achievements. The advantage of this method of training and development is, first of all, an individual approach and high efficiency. A neurocoach consultant does not give specific advice, his tasks are: to help focus on the desired results, on positive information, and not on past unsuccessful experiences; promote awareness of new opportunities when solving management problems; stimulate responsibility for achieving the goal; increase motivation. Everyone has the right to choose their own path: from external changes to internal development or from internal discoveries to external transformation. After all, each of us is already a brand, with our own unique abilities, unique appearance, amazing realization in society. So do we need change? Of course they are necessary, the main thing is to decide on their implementation. There are three steps to personal rebranding: Step 1: studying yourself. This is the process of studying your innate abilities, your innate potential, and also studying your weaknesses. Step 2: understanding yourself. This is the process of understanding three types intelligence:ü Intelligence of thought ü Intelligence of emotionsü Intelligence of the body The more harmoniously these three components of a person’s personality work, the more successful he becomes and protected from emotional burnout. Everyone has their own portrait of individual development. By gradually understanding your strengths and weaknesses, you can build 8(495)974-39-34
