From the author: The semantic field is the basis of the spiritual and moral character of human society. (EQ) emotional intelligence of each employee of the enterprise is an important factor for the successful realization of a person’s creative potential and improvement of industrial relations in the team. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is. a person’s ability to understand and control their own emotions and the emotions of others. In the semantic field, which is the basis of the spiritual and moral character of human society (EQ), an important factor. For the successful implementation and creative success of a person, only mental intelligence (IQ) is insufficient. A person’s emotional behavior, starting from childhood, forms an emotional-imaginative background, which, together with mental intelligence, creates the individual’s individuality, and the environment and upbringing form the moral image of a person.. The level of emotional intelligence of most people in society shows the stable viability of society. Diagnosing a person’s emotional intelligence is necessary to assess both individual and public health. Existing tests to determine emotional intelligence, which have long been used in developed countries during military conscription, when applying for a job, etc. and give a positive result. Forecasting the trend of emotional development of the semantic field in a team helps to regulate personal relationships and improve the efficiency of production and educational processes. In our society, for preventive measures to maintain a stable emotional background and restore the health of employees, educational and health-improving and treatment and preventive program MIROTOK. Before drawing up individual and group comprehensive programs, express diagnostics and testing of employees were carried out to determine the emotional background at the enterprises. Based on the results of express diagnostics of the health status of employees, three groups were distinguished: 1. practically healthy. - morbidity rate (IR) up to 25:% 2. conditionally healthy - morbidity rate (IR) from 26% to 50:% 3 chronic patients. incidence rate (IC) of 51% and above. Based on the results of a study of emotional intelligence using the MIROTOK painting test, three subgroups were determined, depending on the degree of susceptibility to EOB.1. The initial level of EV is when the patient has a feeling of loss of self-efficacy and self-esteem in professional and everyday activities begins to decline. (up to 50% risk coefficient of EOB degree of emotional exhaustion of the body)2. Average level of EW - when emotional detachment develops at work, there is little interest in professional activities, there is no or weak emotional response to positive or negative circumstances, and interest in family relationships begins to be lost. (from 50-75% risk coefficient EOB degree of emotional exhaustion of the body)3. Difficult level: EV - when a person is completely absorbed in work, refuses needs that are not related to it, forgets about his own needs, and then the first sign occurs - exhaustion. (More than 75% risk coefficient for EOB of the degree of emotional exhaustion of the body). When comparing these studies, it was practically possible to note a large number of similarities: groups - practically healthy employees by somatic state and the initial period of disturbance of the emotional background; - conditionally healthy employees by somatic state and the average period disturbances of the emotional background... - chronically ill employees due to physical condition and a difficult period of disturbance of the emotional background... This allowed us to create comprehensive MIROTOK programs with the main 1st and 2nd groups. And individual.
