The topic of professional fulfillment is relevant for many. There are those who chose their own path after graduating from school and work in one place for many years, or in one field. But many people are faced with the fact that the time for change is coming: it seems like there is a job, and the salary is regular, but there is no joy from it - well, you don’t really want to do what you’ve spent years on. It seems like everything is fine, but it’s so bad... “I want to change my field of activity, where to go to work, start all over again, my family is twisting my head - it’s like you’re freaking out” - such formulations can be heard often. Dissatisfaction in the profession cannot be neglected; we spend a lot of time at work, invest a lot of energy there - these must be quality investments. Nobody needs prolonged stressful conditions against the backdrop of professional unfulfillment. There are those who arrange a “retirement” for themselves - “I’ll sit at home, look around, there will be suggestions or ideas - I’ll change something.” Thus, a woman turns into a housewife. She most likely has a source of income (husband, savings, income from her business). At first everything is very nice: a different rhythm of life, bliss. This continues only until the woman enjoys being a housewife. And when this pleasure ends, then the “workdays of a housewife” begin with all the stresses inherent in almost every profession. The work of a housewife is complicated by the fact that she is not visible, no one appreciates her: “you sit at home, do nothing.” There is no question at all that a woman needs a break from such work. Again stress and dissatisfaction. This stress is especially difficult for those who suffer from perfectionism - such women have many demands on themselves, plus there is no confirmation of the importance of their work from the family, this is a double burden on the psyche. And so an idea is born in the woman’s head - I’ll go, study, change jobs, go home I won't sit anymore. It's a good idea, all that's left to do is bring it to life. Where to go to study, for what purpose, how much does it cost, how to announce yourself after graduation? All these questions can lead to further stress if a woman does not know how to listen to herself, if she begins to act under the pressure of some circumstances, according to the teaching of someone -whose opinion is important to her. Choosing a direction of activity when you are “deeply over thirty” is a search for purpose. How to find it? What should you pay attention to? Where should you really go to study? Women who have their own income are less likely to have questions about how to tell their husband (mother) about their decision, how to inform their relatives that changes are coming in life? But there will be changes, and relatives are often afraid of these changes: They dissuade them from taking an important step, citing the fact that “they don’t look for good from goodness.” They threaten, make scandals, turn children “against their mother,” gathering a support group around them: “let’s be friends together against this fool, who in her old age decided to go study." They bring the matter to a divorce, the husbands leave, slamming the door, only because they are disgusted by the very thought of their wife going to study. They urgently fall ill - this, it seems to them, is a significant reason in order to “return the lost sheep to the right path” You may have your own story about the attitude of your relatives to the new stage in your life. If a woman is financially dependent on her husband, then she has to spend time and effort to get permission from her husband to finance her studies. Housewives, as a rule, suffer from self-esteem due to the fact that they have not felt significant for a long time time they were “junior service personnel” they minimize spending money on themselves: the priority is the husband, children, home, and then me... So where, in which direction to look, how to find the way? There are several options: You can turn to psychologists who provide career guidance . This is useful not only during adolescence. But, pay attention to how many tests are offered to you: there must be a package of tests (and not just one!!!!), the specialist must be able to!
