A person gets used to believing that his desires are impossible to fulfill, the result of his activities is insignificant. This phenomenon of irresponsibility can manifest itself: - in constant doubts, - a low level of personal aspirations, - bad habits, - the belief that these habits are stronger than him, - relationships with codependency. All of these distortions lead to suffering, which becomes a habitual way to express one’s everyday emotions and keeps a person’s energy potential at minimum levels - this is a lack of personal strength. Understanding these negative processes helps to open the vicious circle of distorted perceptions that directly affect lack of awareness one’s own manifested and hidden capabilities and needs. This analysis, carried out independently or accompanied by a specialist, can be the first step leading out of the matrix of suffering, where, at every opportunity for suffering, the process of self-torture will unfold through thoughts supported by emotions and sensations. These emotions in the form of a wide range of different fears, sadness, apathy, unwillingness to live, frustration, misunderstanding of one’s own desires are directly opposite to personal strength. These mental processes are mutually exclusive: pleasure from life, humor, an easy attitude to problems, love of life, the ability to value oneself, one’s dreams, goals and one’s own achievements. The correction method depends on the person’s inclinations and abilities. A precisely selected method of therapy allows you to effectively analyze and change the way you communicate with the outside world, your own perception, significantly expand your horizon of vision of the world, and begin to consider current problems as creative tasks, opportunities - springboards for improving your own life. All this leads to the formation of mutually reinforcing resources that nourish a person’s personal power.
