The results of last year have been summed up, we have returned to work. It's time to set goals for the current year. I notice that goal setting is a big problem for many people. And even when it comes to the goal of one consultation, not to mention planning priorities for the whole year. I share a few tips that will help you set the goal correctly and then achieve the result: ✔Plan, don’t dream. To achieve what you want, it is important to understand where exactly you are going. Therefore, formulate your goal clearly. Ideally, the expected result should be measured somehow. For example: “By the end of the year, I will have 1,000 subscribers on Instagram.” Or: “By the end of the year I will lose 10 kilograms.” There is no need to set a vague goal: “I will have more subscribers,” “I will become slimmer,” etc. ✔Set goals that you really believe in achieving. Only in this case will you be able to achieve results, not be disappointed and not go astray. In general, almost all more or less realistic goals are achievable. What matters here is your approach and your attitude. If you don’t believe in yourself, contact a psychologist, this will help. ✔Clearly imagine what achieving your goal gives you. For example: “I will lose 10 kilograms and be able to wear beautiful clothes”, “I will lose 10 kilograms and fit into my favorite dress”, etc. When the goals are formulated, you can begin to take steps towards your dream. The first one is very simple. Get everything in writing. Write it down in your diary or have a special notebook for the year. This simple step will help you stay on track. Make a step-by-step work plan in a notebook or diary. The more small steps towards the goal and the simpler they are, the better. Just keep in mind that all steps, like the goal itself, must be verifiable for results. If we are talking about losing weight, then such steps could be “going to a nutritionist (specify the date or at least the week when this will happen)”, “doing exercises every morning”, “making an appointment with a trainer”, etc. You can add intermediate results : once every three months, weight decreases by 3-4 kilograms. You can arrange your path in the form of a sign, put notes on what has been done and what has not. Think about what goal you would like to achieve this year.
