In complete silence, immerse yourself and observe your inner world, as if, looking inside, you feel all your feelings, all your sensations. There is no need to do anything special on purpose. You just feel all your feelings and sensations. Just feel, even if you seem to feel nothing - this is also your feeling, accept it as a part of your inner world. Each person has their own unique experience. They can be anything: warm, cold, painful, sad, heaviness, or a lump in your throat. Tears may even come and you will want to cry, allow yourself this too, there is no need to hold back your tears. Try even deeper, as far as you are ready, and feel all your feelings, any feeling, any state, any sensation. There is no need to do anything special, there is no need to evaluate whether it is good or bad, right or wrong. There is no need to wait for anything, just observe and feel every corner of your inner world, get to know it, examine it with interest, your inner world is the home of your soul. Accept all your sensations, the main thing is that you don’t need to do anything special. You need to feel uncomfortable sensations, observe them, give them attention, pay attention to the uncomfortable sensations. Any uncomfortable sensations are temporary, if you pay attention to them and allow them to be, then after some time you will notice that they pass, as if they dissolve, and in their place there appears a feeling of warmth, love, reunification with yourself, a surge of strength, as if you have returned home after a long journey. These sensations are basic, they are yours, and at any time when you need them, you can always rely on them.
