So, set goals for yourself and plan to achieve them! In order to understand which goal to choose, you can use a tool called the “Wheel of Life Balance”: Step 1: Draw a circle on paper and divide it into 6-10 sectors. Divide the edges of all sectors into 10 segments. Step 2: In each part you need to indicate one of the main areas of your life, for example: work, money, love, friends, free time, personal growth, etc. There are usually 6-8 such areas and occasionally the 10.3rd step: Now, rate how satisfied you are with each sector of life from 0 to 10. After this, it will become clear which area of life needs to be “pulled up” so that life becomes more balanced. Tackle this area first. 4th step: If you have several “lame” sectors, then to choose a primary goal you need to ask yourself - a change in which area by at least 1 point will lead to a significant improvement in life in general?5 Step 1: You must write down your goal. In this case, the goal should be stated as specifically as possible, always with a deadline. Step 6: We draw up a plan to achieve the goal, and also be sure to set deadlines.
