“As soon as I take on any business that I like, after about 2 months some kind of block kicks in and I start to slow myself down. Is it possible to overcome this problem?” A block of energy for work may be associated with a fear of success - in your inner world, success may mean the rupture of important and meaningful relationships. For example, if I earn 10 times more than my mother, she will turn away from me and stop giving love; or if my job is bad and I’m a poor bunny, I can live with my mother and she won’t kick me out. Here you need to understand more deeply your attitudes about success. You may have a block to pleasure. You expect greater results from yourself than can actually be achieved in two months (be able to do this, have time to do this, learn to dance and sing, play the guitar, and even create a whole group). As a result, your fantastic idea was not realized, you were upset, and your psyche was deflated - devaluation of yourself begins (“I’m a nonentity, I can’t do anything... Why try something if I don’t know how?!”). And then the psyche, who has not been properly thanked, has not been appreciated for all her work, will refuse to do anything. It is imperative to praise yourself, support and evaluate your results sensibly. What did I do today that was so important? Many people say “Nothing!” However, the day passed, we somehow lived through it, experienced some emotions, communicated with someone, did something. And in the midst of the flow of their actions, many cannot appreciate their contribution, efforts, praise themselves for this, not devalue, but appreciate what they have done (even if outwardly nothing is visible - for example, the whole day was devoted to traveling from store to store, in the end food not cooked, not cleaned). In reality, you have been working all day, and all actions are also a process, without which you will not move forward, so learn to praise yourself and take credit for all the efforts that were put into your work. If there is no praise, a block to work will be triggered (“Why should I continue to work if I don’t get any pleasure?”). The important question is where and on what do you spend the money you earn? Is there pleasure in spending? If there is no pleasure, it’s surprising that you are ready to work for at least 2 months. The psyche tells you: “Why do I need this? What pleasure will I get? What are we working for? You need to give something to your inner child so that he agrees to go to work and do it through force and not wanting to. Of course, it’s easier to lie down and do nothing, but if you give yourself in return the opportunity to enjoy the process, work and results of your work, you will want to do more, learn, achieve your goals. You will enjoy developing, because you will enjoy the process and the result. Where there is no pleasure, there is no process!
