Sitting in front of me was a woman of about 35, pretty, pretty. She could be called beautiful, if not for the expression on her face, if not for the energy of her mood. There is such a practice: “Name the weather of your mood.” So the weather of this woman’s mood was fog, drizzling rain and slush. It was chilly in her company. Our heroine's name was Vika, she came to the reception because she had lost joy in her life. Even though it was a good job, my 6-year-old son was growing up, his parents helped and looked after him. But behind us is marriage, husband’s betrayal, divorce. Then. unsuccessful relationships. In which there seemed to be love, but the man returned to his ex-wife. Vika barely recovered from the first betrayal; she wanted to warm up in a new relationship with her beloved, but he didn’t choose her either. “It’s like something broke inside.” It seemed to me that I was some kind of underwoman. That no one will love me anymore. These wounding words were heard in my office... Our heroine outwardly lived quite well, but inside there was no sun in her soul and it was eternal November. To my question, how did she cope with her condition, what did she do to unwind and find another partner? Vika said that she☑️tried to meet people on dating sites, there were only married people or degenerates;☑️watched broadcasts and webinars on how to find the man of your dreams;☑️read books;☑️took a group online course, it was very cool and interesting, but after finishing the enthusiasm of the classes quickly faded away.☑️ And finally, mom decided that Vika had an evil eye and found a whispering grandmother. And the young woman, so that her mother would fall behind, went there too. The result is zero. I admit that there are talented witches and they can help in some way. I know that books, articles, marathons, webinars are some steps towards healing and they are quite useful as incentives for basic psychotherapeutic work. We worked thoroughly with Vika. Both she and I had to make a lot of effort. What happened? The smile and soft expression on a young woman’s face are worth a lot! She has become warmer and more natural in communication. Vika's colleagues began to ask her in confidence what antidepressants she was taking))). It sounded funny! And most importantly, when our heroine changed so much, a man, a colleague at work, whom she had known for several years, began to become active. He began to look after her, take care of her and pamper her. According to Vika, she had never felt so calm and reliable with anyone. How did we arrive at this result? What did you do?
