Colleagues who report to me about working with clients note that the images that emerge in their clients are similar. Why, and what do these images reflect? In esoteric practices, such similar images among participants are attributed to the forces or gods that participants in these practices see and with whom they communicate. I attribute this phenomenon of similar images appearing to selfies. In esoteric practices with a guru, this will be a selfie of the guru, which he sells as an objective reality for everyone. But psychologists should not become gurus. It would be worth thinking about expanding the resources used in your sessions. Today, sessions of psychologists are shown on the screens of the show. This allows for careful consideration of the practices presented to us. Anita Tsoi's show "Divorces" is one of these opportunities. In the minutes of these sessions, work is carried out only with the participants’ own experience. Interventions are made from the facilitators' own experiences. These shows are selfies of the hosts, even if they are psychologists. We see how the show does not have enough resources to solve the stated problems, and the presenters and participants do not have these resources. In order not to turn my work with clients into selfies, and myself into a guru, I expanded the circle of presenters and assembled a team. I included other specialists in working with cerebral palsy - vocals, dance, yoga, massage, which were conducted by relevant experienced specialists. I involved the children’s relatives so that my way of perceiving and feeling would not turn this work into my selfie. I used the samples of others and their copying by the client through the mirror system of the brain. I believe that the client should be given access to modern resources of internal programs and states, and his problematic states should be localized in time at some point in his past experience. Before us, photographers serving bloggers learned how to solve such problems. Simply taking a photo of a blogger will not be of interest to subscribers. Real samples at photo shoots provide an opportunity to go beyond the model’s and photographer’s own experience. If the photographer took the position of a guru and conveyed his own inner experience and his states, then the photo shoot would turn into a selfie of the photographer. In movies, directors take such selfies, which are very recognizable. But the photographer’s client wants to see himself in the photo, and not his selfie. The mirror system of the brain provides the opportunity to increase efficiency and use the resources of others. The rector of the choreographic school in St. Petersburg, Tsiskaridze, says that his own effectiveness in training was more than 40 times higher than others . He immediately performed the exercises, while others needed to repeat their explanation 40 times. If the capabilities of cognitive styles differ by a factor of 40, then you should really think about the need to work with them. I measured brain activity during such work. The result was that my partner's pattern of brain activity mirrored mine. I conducted such an experiment with students while teaching them a mathematics course. The result was a significant improvement in the quality of their perception of the material. My other experience was teaching students of a psychic friend of mine special sensitivity. Such sensitivity arose immediately in our classes. In practical psychology, the psychologist’s own limitations in the resources of internal programs and states are very noticeable, when he, not having them himself, cannot bring the client to a new qualitative level of such resources, leaving them to stew in very limited elections with virtually no changes in basic problematic internal programs and conditions. Real samples when working as a team allow, as happens in a photo shoot, to change the quality of the model’s states by connecting it to the experience of internal programs and states of the truly best samples. I believe that the new cognitive style using real samples and the mirror system of the brain takes the psychologist into a huge new resource base. This is a practical skill needed today.
