The closer the warmth brought by spring approaches, the more you realize that simple things in life make you happy - the sun, your hand, a child’s smile, a warm fresh wind and the desired freedom. And no matter what happens, they are the most important, your loved ones, relatives, loved ones. And all that is happening now is the understanding of simple truths that we have forgotten, and in them we ourselves are forgotten, and that natural part of us that is capable of renewal and restoration, the one that lives by will and freedom in accordance with LIFE and PEACE. Maundy (Maundy) Thursday is the sacrament of unity and communion with everyone, on which Christ gives a new commandment: “I give you a new commandment: love one another; just as I have loved you, so do you love one another” (John 13:34). I write about forgiveness because forgiveness is a core value of any religion. Forgiveness is an act of mercy not only towards a loved one, but also towards oneself, as a cleansing of the soul and heart. And now it is an act of common sense and care for others, perhaps those who are much weaker than you. To forgive means to change your position. Why? Because your emotional or heartache ceases to have power over you. Forgiveness does not require pretense; forgiveness does not mean forgetting or calling what was done by a different name. This is not a generous gesture towards another, but a liberation of yourself and your heart. If someone asks for forgiveness, you must forgive with an open heart. This is usually a step-by-step process. It is found in all major religions.1. Just forgive, forgive on a rational level.2. To perform an act of the heart, to forgive is an act of mercy. We look into our hearts, forgiving and at the same time healing our hearts from resentment, jealousy, anger, everything base that possesses us.3. Forgiveness, which is given only by God. These three stages are reflected in the traditional ritual holiday of Maslenitsa, which is an analogue of carnival in European countries. This is followed by Great Lent, the saving Easter night and Easter itself (“passage”, “deliverance”). We all need Her so much. But there are still three difficult days of descent ahead for all of us, since we are spiritual participants in Christ, experiencing symbolic death just like him. Now irritability, anger, and apathy can be especially manifested. They rise from the depths of our being. It is important to cope with them and have adequate ways to respond. Everyone will have their own, men and women. Remember about your body, find a set of exercises, yoga that you can do. Connect with support groups. This is very important for those who live alone. Do what brings you pleasure. This is the uterine stay in the womb... Symbolically similar to birth, being in the body of a whale, a wolf... Everyone will have their own stage in which we are stuck: a child, a teenager... Let Maundy Thursday remind your hearts with love! Birth and the transition to it will take place! Regardless of whether you are a believer or not, you can do a small exercise (the FORGIVENESS ritual), which helps you approach love and light through forgiveness. Sit comfortably, focus on breathing. Pay attention to your heart, look into it, ready to see in it without fear what is. Remember what life events and with whom this image or feeling is associated. When It entered your heart. Life events or archetypal images may come up. Now just complete the stem phrases. If possible, it is better to speak out loud.1. Forgive me for...2. I forgive you for...3. I love you.4. I thank you. If this person is no longer alive, say: "FAREWELL." In some cases, we need to forgive ourselves, our part. Then you can refer to your earlier part I.1. I forgive myself for…2. I forgive you for…3. I love you.4. Thank you. Most often, in this case, we forgive ourselves for the fact that we returned to the past so late to meet this part of ourselves. If something remains, we look in the heart, at our shadow sides. Let's see what's behind us and what we are.
