As soon as a person’s relationship with the outside world changes, as soon as a new, unexpected element or turn in personal or public life appears, the need immediately arises to change consciousness. This article is devoted to one of the most unique states - an altered state of consciousness. The material published in it will be an answer to the questions of those for whom the topic of emotional burnout syndrome turns out to be very close. Many people ask: “How effective is it to use various methods of psychological defense when talking with clients (managers)?”, “What can be done if the symptoms of emotional burnout are already making themselves felt?” Of course, you can block the manifestation of certain feelings by resorting to one of the types of psychological defense, but this defense, saving the individual from experiences, significantly limits a person’s capabilities and standardizes his behavior. Personally, I believe that in order to prevent mental fatigue, it is advisable to devote part of your precious time to auto-training, since nowadays you can find enough literature on this topic and specialists who are ready to come to your aid, including good specialists. As for the prevention of emotional burnout syndrome and eliminating the negative consequences of its manifestation, I can offer, in my opinion, a fairly good meditative technique that I discovered in the vast expanses of the Internet. Healing Meditation “Allow yourself for a moment to simply be aware of your body... be aware of the feelings... perhaps during the day you have not paid enough attention to some parts of your body... notice the symmetry of your arms, your body, your legs... .and then... pay attention... deep inside yourself... find the part of yourself that you always believed was healthy... no matter what illnesses you had, you could always count on that part. you... this part of your body. Maybe it's your heart. Maybe it's your eyes. Maybe your lips. Maybe your legs. Maybe your ears. Find the part of you that, when you think about it, always feels full of energy, always seems healthy. The part of you that you trust most to remain healthy and vibrant...And once you become aware of that part, once you really step into that part, feel it. Feel this part of your body... And when you do this, begin to imagine that this part is like a musical instrument. And it reproduces sound, noise, melody. And listen to the sound of these feelings... the sound of that part of your body that is connected to your health, to your energy. And listen to this sound. And when you hear the sound, perhaps you can increase the feeling, and the feeling of health and energy and life may begin to spread beyond that part of your body... And when you hear that sound and feel that feeling, perhaps when you make a new sigh, you can smell the sound. You can smell this feeling of life, energy. And notice how you smell it. Is it sweet or fruity? Is it tart? Fragrant? And notice how that smell feels inside. And what might it taste like? So that you can smell and taste this sensation, this feeling of energy...And let this smell and this sound begin to spread. And think about some parts of your body, and other feelings that may not be as healthy as you would like. And listen to the sounds and tastes of these parts of you as if they were part of a meal... part of a symphony... a piece of music. And let the sound and smell and taste of that life and health become a counterpoint or a dance that embraces all parts of your body. So it diverges from within. And you even begin to see it, as if light is emanating from that part of your body. What colors, how bright this energy looks, this life, how it dances in rhythm... in colors... to the music...
