Today I’ll tell you what criteria are important to pay attention to when choosing your therapist, but the result will please you: everything couldn’t be simpler and clearer. Let’s go👇Personal therapy Yes, yes, every psychologist needs a psychologist. At a minimum, it is respect for your own processes. And this is also an extremely important thing for your work process: the therapist must very clearly know and be aware of his processes so as not to transfer his feelings, fantasies and all sorts of irrelevant beliefs onto you. It must be, what is called, conscious. If someone works with you who didn’t give a damn about their own processes, will everything be fine with yours? First of all, I would pay attention to this point, because there are a number of “specialists” who haven’t dipped their toes into therapy, but This is where they gain their practice, convinced of the genius and infallibility of themselves. Brr. Supervision Psychologists turn to supervision when they feel they lack experience or come across a complex process in working with a client that needs to be sorted out somehow, but how exactly is a question for experts. These experts are supervisors - older and more experienced colleagues, often those people from whom psychologists studied. There is also intervision - working with colleagues who are at the same level somewhere near you, on the horizon. In this case, the case is described to colleagues, a request for help is given, and colleagues, roughly speaking, offer versions and experience. This is also an interesting and useful thing, it’s great if your therapist is in the know. Education: Energy coach, tarot reader, revealing feminine energy and dog yoga breathing courses still have little to do with psychology. If you are going specifically to therapy, and not to a two-day intensive opening of the chakras, then a specialist diploma is important. Ideally, a state-issued diploma and certificates of various courses, preferably recognized scientific fields (Gestalt, transactional, CBT, psychoanalysis and others). Personal feelings For many the most practical point, no joke. If you have an intention to find a specialist and it is sincere, heartfelt and all that, then you will look for “your one” using the “at first sight” system, when a psychologist attracts your attention with his appearance and personality. Intuition always knows more, it is only important to hear :) Creditable psychologists to you , guys, and productive therapy🔥 If you are currently looking, my contacts are in the questionnaire, I’m ready to hire :)
