Are all roads really closed for him from the beginning? I am an introvert, and I understand this situation very well from the inside. Today I can say that, indeed, the peculiarities of the nervous system and temperament cannot be changed, just as the fact that extroversion does not always lead to success. But it is not difficult for an introvert to adapt if his main activities are related to the strong parts of his personality. As for other skills, they can be developed if necessary. You can learn to say what you feel, assert your boundaries, speak publicly, lead people, etc. And an extrovert needs to learn this too. The only difference is that an extrovert, as a rule, does not have negative experiences on the way to mastering these skills. Unlike an introvert. After all, the latter had to go through a large number of children's groups, where over and over again he felt worse than those who were bolder and more sociable. An introvert was not always noticed and appreciated by teachers, an introvert is not always included in a group of influential classmates, an introvert can go through bullying and rejection by peers.
