I work now, study at the institute, as always, I am actively involved in the lives of my children and pets, sometimes I get very tired, but I love my life. Gradually, with the help of psychology, I I came to some formula on how to be resourceful and manage a lot. 1. Don’t do everything at 5+. At the same time, change priorities periodically. In one case, I understand that I need to spend as much time as possible with the children, and then I can take time off from work; and in another - to complete a project at work at a high quality level, but then I’m no longer a super housewife, and at home we can eat fast food. 2. Do not consider your children and your loved ones worthless, irresponsible and clumsy. They can do a lot if you trust and delegate them. And at home with housework, and with my studies, etc. And this is one of the best aspects of parenting. 3. Be able to admit to yourself and others - this is where I failed, I did this with a C grade. For example, sports and physical activity of children - I can’t cope with my own... I’m a bad example and a bad mentor here. 4. Ask for help. Believe me, people are quite kind and generous. Especially if you treat them with soul and gratitude. 5. The right to rest - it should be like an unshakable bastion of health and joy. 6. Exercise of this right. Yes Yes! These are different points! To know that I have the right to sleep 8-9 hours and actually sleep that much - do you always do this? (By the way, here you can also say - I don’t always cope)) But make it a rule - to rest in such a way as to feel rested, energetic, and calm. 7. Don’t have any illusions that there is someone who really succeeds in everything. Just change goals, tasks and priorities. Remember the dialogue from Soviet cinema: ⁃ What, did you change your dream? ⁃ No! The dream has changed! Don’t make yourself and your loved ones hostage to your grandiose tasks! Have a good mood and easy realizations! And the video above is an illustration for the text - a few shots from my daughter and I last weekend. We again went to a park hotel near Zvenigorod, to Ershovo. I slept during the day, no need to cook food, beautiful early spring without dirty city puddles, a swimming pool, long intimate conversations with my daughter, a great company of friends with board games, evening gatherings... Total two days - but it’s like I was on vacation) We can discuss with you the problems of burnout, depression, fatigue and others during a consultation. Sign up via PM and WhatsApp: 8-916-694-42-28
